November 27, 2018: Pilgrims head to the Beit Mordekhai Synagogue in La Goulette for prayers as part of the pilgrimage. Nearly 300 Jewish pilgrims, mainly from France, gathered to take part in the traditional pilgrimage to the grave of Rebbi Hai Taieb Lo Met. On the occasion of this pilgrimage, many Tunisians of the Jewish faith visit the rabbi’s grave as well as other Jewish shrines and places of worship, such as the Great Synagogue of Tunis and the synagogue in La Goulette.
