January 21, 2011: In front of the Prime Minister’s Office, protesters display their messages of discontent during the demonstration at Kasbah Square in front of the Prime Minister’s Office; the people, united as one, demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Ghanouchi. The demonstration saw a spontaneous movement among police officers, some of whom decided to join the people in protesting while apologizing for all their actions during Ben Ali’s police state.
