March 18: Pierre Lellouche shows Boris Boillon how to prepare and eat bombalouni in the heart of the village of Sidi Bou Saïd. After a day of work and meetings with members of the Tunisian government, Pierre Lellouche sets out to revisit the places of his childhood and introduces Boris Boillon, the new French ambassador, the village of Sidi Bou Saïd and its architectural and culinary heritage, and treat him to the famous bombalouni (fritters) and mint tea with pigons at the Café des Nattes. Working visit by Pierre Lellouche, Secretary of State for Foreign Trade, to Tunisia, accompanied by business leaders.
