June 18, 2011: The Modernist Democratic Alliance organizes its first rally at the Palais des Congrès in Tunis. This event aims, on the one hand, to raise awareness of the bloc’s principles and objectives and, on the other hand, to provide an opportunity for the parties and initiatives that are members of the bloc to speak during the rally. This event is part of the Modernist Democratic Bloc’s participation in the Constituent Assembly elections, for which the bloc will present joint slates with the goal of drafting a modernist democratic constitution.
