At the Palais des Congrès in Tunis, a rally was held to mark the “Launch of Consultations on the 2013 Budget, "Let’s Prepare for the Future: Equitable and Inclusive Development for a New Tunisia," chaired by Hamadi Jebali, Prime Minister of Tunisia, with a special appearance by Joseph Stiglitz, winner of the 2011 Nobel Prize in Economics, and members of the government.
