June 29: Mustapha Ben Jaafar (Ettakatol), president of the National Constituent Assembly (NCA), and Meherzia Laabidi (Ennahdha), first vice president, presided over the plenary session of the National Constituent Assembly, attended by Hamadi Jebali, head of government, and a large number of ministers. This plenary session was convened to hear the government’s statement on the case of the extradition of former Libyan Prime Minister Baghdadi Mahmoudi.
