September 26, 2012: A random display of photographic portraits by Mouna Jemal and Wadi Mhiri on the walls of the medina as part of Dream City 2012, “The Artist and Freedom,” held in the medina of Tunis from September 26 to 30. Beyond simply organizing an event in a public space, each edition of Dream City is the result of a collective research effort carried out by selected artists and specialists in art, urban studies, and the humanities.
