September 28, 2012: Malek Sebai’s dance performance, *Khira w Rochdi*, is one possible interpretation of the “traditional” theme as part of Dream City 2012, “The Artist and Freedom” in the medina of Tunis from September 26 to 30. Beyond simply organizing an event in a public space, each edition of Dream City is the result of a collective research effort conducted by selected artists and specialists in art, urban studies, and the humanities.
