August 13, 2013: Besma Khalfaoui, widow of Chokri Belaid, has been participating in a sit-in at the Bardo for two weeks at the opposition’s call; there was a large turnout for Women’s Day at the Bardo. More than 25,000 demonstrators turned out to support the opposition and call for the resignation of the Ennahda government. On this occasion, the new National Salvation Front announced a “Get Out” campaign starting tomorrow against all officials appointed by Ennahda. And on August 24, “there will be a general mobilization to mark the start of ‘Oust’ Week.”
