Located on the floor of the hemicycle, the Al Bawsala team observes all debates in the National Constituent Assembly. Al Bawsala (the compass) is a Tunisian non-profit, non-governmental organization. It is independent of any political influence. The team has been working since 2012 as an observatory of the National Constituent Assembly.
