January 9, 2014: Marzouki accompanies Larayedh. At the presidential palace in Carthage, Prime Minister Ali Larayedh of the Ennahda Party submits his resignation to President Moncef Marzouki, as agreed upon in the National Dialogue roadmap. Yesterday in the National Assembly, members of the ISIEI were elected by the deputies; there are still 15 days left to finalize the vote on the constitution, and the prime minister will be replaced by Mehdi Jomaa, the candidate proposed by the National Dialogue.
