February 7, 2014: François Hollande arrived at the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), where he was welcomed by its president, Mustapha Ben Jaafar. A ceremony celebrating the new Tunisian constitution was held at the National Constituent Assembly in the presence of the three Tunisian presidents, Moncef Marzouki, President of the Republic; Mustapha Ben Jaafar, President of the Assembly; and Mehdi Jomaa, Prime Minister, as well as President François Hollande and representatives from several countries, members of parliament, and political party leaders.
