October 17, 2014: Abbes Mohsen, a candidate for the Destourian parties—the Destourian Initiative and the Destourian Movement—on Tunis 1 for the legislative elections, campaigning in the working-class neighborhood of Jebel Jelloud, in the southern suburbs of Tunis. A former mayor of Tunis under Ben Ali, Abbes Mohsen—like many of Ben Ali’s ministers—is making a comeback on the political scene, barely four years after the revolution.
