March 18, 2015: A parking lot and tourist buses parked in front of the Bardo Museum were attacked by terrorists. A terrorist attack at the Bardo Museum in downtown Tunis left 19 people dead, Tunisian Prime Minister Habib Essid announced. Among the 19 victims were 2 Tunisians and 17 tourists of Polish, German, Italian, and Spanish nationalities. Two attackers were also killed, and 22 people were injured, according to the same preliminary report.
