At the call of the UGET, about fifty protesters gathered in front of the municipal theater on Habib Bourguiba Avenue in Tunis. The police prevented them from leaving the square due to a ban on demonstrations during this period of a state of emergency. Several Popular Front members of the ARP (Assembly of the Republic of Tunisia) delivered speeches, including Ahmed Seddik, Nizar Ammami, Jilani Hammami, and Mbarka Brahmi, the wife of the martyr Brahmi.
