October 5, 2013: Rached Ghannouchi of the Ennahda Party signed the agreement at the Tunis Convention Center to launch the National Dialogue, in the presence of the three presidents and under the supervision of Houcine Abassi, Secretary General of the UGTT, Wided Bouchamaoui, president of the UTICA; Mohamed Fadhel Mahfoudh, president of the National Bar Association; and Abdelssattar Ben Moussa, president of the National League for Human Rights. Four weeks of negotiations on the roadmap, which calls for the formation of a non-partisan government and the adoption of an electoral calendar by the end of the month.
