After an afternoon at the popular Saf Saf café and restaurant in La Marsa, where she enjoyed mint tea and brick pastries, she stole the show that evening on the red carpet and on stage at the Tunis Municipal Theater. As the festival’s patron, she announced its opening while wearing the traditional Spanish attire of a patroness. She presented an honorary award to Dar Bouchoucha, a leading figure in Tunisian cinema.
