In Ouled Chamekh, a small town between Sousse and Kairouan, we visit the grieving family of Tarek Belgacem, the young Tunisian man shot dead by police outside the 18th Precinct in Paris and accused of a terrorist attack. The family, still in shock, disputes the claim that their son committed a terrorist act and speaks of police negligence and a misunderstanding between the police and their son. For his mother, Habiba, her son had nothing to do with ISIS.
