In Tunis, it’s the big day—the soccer derby, the match between the league’s two current top teams and Tunis’s two flagship clubs, Club Africain (CA) versus Espérance de Tunis (EST), at the Radès Stadium in the southern suburbs of Tunis. This rematch favors CA, which controls ticket sales. Given the numerous clashes between fans and ultra groups in the stadiums—both among themselves and with the police— only 23,000 tickets are being sold (out of a capacity of 60,000), including 1,200 for EST—though only about 50 of those will be allocated to the south stand. The match will end with a surprise 2–1 victory for CA.
