Créée en 1948, la Cave de Kélibia compte aujourd’hui 160 adhérents pour une production moyenne de 11000 hl pour 640 ha de cépage Muscat d’Alexandrie produisant la fameuse AOC Premier Cru Muscat sec de Kélibia, et environ 120 ha de Chardonnay- Grenache blanc - Ugni Blanc - Vermentino- Syrah - Grenache noir.
