Patrick Pelerin, a consulting perfumery engineer in Grasse, oversees the production of nérobi, an orange blossom essence obtained through the steam distillation of the flowers. Bigaradier orange blossom distillery; production of orange blossom essence and orange blossom water at the Carthago Essences distillery in Tunis. The distillery was founded several generations ago by the family and is now run by Thouraya, the granddaughter and a passionate enthusiast.
