Mohamed, a fishing boat captain in Ksibet El Mediouni near Monastir, smuggled hundreds of young undocumented migrants between Tunisia and Sicily between 1996 and 2002. Sentenced to six and a half years in prison, he has now returned to his work as a fishing boat captain.
