August 2, 2019: Nabil Karoui arrives. Nominations for the early presidential election in Tunisia on September 15 are submitted to the ISIE office in Tunis. Among the first to file was Nabil Karoui, head of Nessma TV and founder of the Khalil Tounes association, a controversial candidate running for his new party, Au Coeur de la Tunisie (Qalb Tounes).
